Wedding photography · Toronto

Weddings, photographed after dark and in the hours around it.

I photograph the whole day — the getting-ready quiet, the ceremony, the room going soft and loud at the same time. Documentary first, portraits when the light is worth stopping for.

Toronto & Southern Ontario Full-day coverage Booking [year]

Selected work

Six weddings, six different kinds of evening.

Every gallery below is a full day, not a highlight reel. I shoot the in-between moments — the hallway before the ceremony, the plate someone forgot on a windowsill, the ten minutes after the guests leave — because that's where the day actually lives.

How it works

Four steps, no surprises.

Most couples have never hired a wedding photographer before. Here's exactly what happens from the first email to the day the gallery lands in your inbox.

01

We talk first

A call or a coffee, whichever you prefer. I want to hear how you met, what the day is going to look like, and which parts you're nervous about. If we're not a fit, I'll tell you and point you toward someone who is — that's a better outcome than a mismatched contract.

02

We build a timeline

About six weeks out, we sit down with your venue and your planner and map the day hour by hour. Where the light will be, when we steal twenty minutes for portraits, what happens if it rains. You get a written plan you can hand to your family so nobody has to ask you where to stand.

03

The day itself

I arrive early and stay late. No shot list read aloud, no stopping the room to rearrange people. I work quietly alongside your guests and step in only when something needs directing. You'll forget I'm there for most of it, which is the point.

04

Your gallery

A preview within [number] days so you have something to share while it's still fresh, then the full gallery within [number] weeks. High-resolution files, print-ready, no watermark, yours to keep. Albums and prints available separately if you want them.

Coverage

What you can book.

Every package is built around the same idea: enough hours to cover the day without anyone watching a clock. Pricing depends on date, location and hours — ask and I'll send a full quote.

A

Full day

Getting ready through the last dance — typically ten to twelve hours. Two photographers available. This is what most couples book, and it's the one I'd recommend if the ceremony and reception are in different places.

B

Ceremony & portraits

Six hours, covering the ceremony, family groupings, and a portrait session nearby. Good for intimate weddings, city hall, or a celebration that runs shorter than a full day.

C

Elopement

Two to four hours, anywhere in Ontario. Just the two of you, or a handful of people. I'll scout the location beforehand and help you pick a time of day when the light does something worth photographing.

D

Multi-day & destination

Welcome dinners, next-day brunches, and weddings outside the province. Travel quoted separately and transparently — you'll see exactly what's being charged and why.

About

Based in Toronto. Working wherever the light is.

I'm [Your Name], a wedding photographer working out of Toronto. I've been photographing weddings for [number] years, mostly in the city and across Southern Ontario — barns in Prince Edward County, hotel ballrooms downtown, back gardens in the Junction, the occasional flight further out.

My work sits in the darker end of the spectrum. I lean into shadow, into candlelight and string lights and the blue hour after sunset, rather than fighting it with a flash. That's not a filter — it's how the day actually looks, and it's what I think you'll want to remember.

Outside of weddings I shoot [other work you do], which keeps the documentary instincts sharp. I'm comfortable in a crowded room, I know when to disappear, and I've never once asked a couple to fake a laugh.
